This printable provides one verse per day, throughout the month of July, for you (or you and your family) to read, contemplate, and pray.
From the compilation of these verses, we are reminded that how we treat one another – and what our attitude is towards one another – is a big deal to our Heavently Father! Therefore, it should be a big deal to us, His children, as well. Whether these verses are needful for siblings who find themselves at one another’s throats by this time of summer vacation or adults who have been hurt (or done the hurting) after a tumultuous year, it is my prayer that as we fill our hearts and minds with God’s perspective from His Word – for this entire month – that our hearts would be softened toward one another, allowing us to love, serve, esteem, and forgive.
It is our treatment of one another, specifically our love, that is the hallmark of the Christian life. It is through this that Jesus said the world would know we are His disciples. “A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.” (John 13:34-35) Let’s allow Him to do this supernatural work in us, through His Word and by His Spirit, for His glory!
