Let’s Connect!

I would love nothing more than to connect with you, as together we make it our aim to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ!

I would love to hear your struggles and your victories, your joys and your fears, and what you enjoy doing in your free time (or if you’re in a season where “free time” isn’t even in your vocabularly!).

Since I may not know how to find you, but you have found this small corner of the internet, may I request that you take the first step to connect? How? I’m glad you asked! Here are some of my favorite ways (simply click on the words below).

Instagram – the easiest way by far!

“Monthly Meditations” – the monthly communication sent straight to your inbox! Scroll to the bottom of the page to “Receive the Latest Updates.”

Send me an email. I would love to hear from you!

Subscribe to Perspective Shifts, the podcast of The One Thing Desired (TOTD), on Apple, Spotify, or Anchor.

I can’t wait to hear from you!

I read your “Guard your heart” devotion through Sarah Koontz. I was impressed with how well written the devotion was. I would love a monthly meditation.
